You’ve done the grapefruit diet, the all meat all the time diet, the sticks and rocks diet. You’ve drunk enough diet shakes to float a house. You’ve counted calories until the numbers got too large to count. You’ve Asked How to Lose Weight Now. You’ve swallowed the pre-measured, pre-packaged, pre-cooked food plans whole.

And maybe you’ve lost weight.

No one needs to tell you that diets just don’t work. At least, not permanently. It seems that whatever you lose, you end up finding again. And if you’re goal oriented, well, you probably went out and found a little bit extra, just for good measure.

Anyone who is overweight knows that being overweight is not simply about the food. Sure, your knowledge of appropriate portion sizing and the nutritional value of different foods is important. And the math of weight control is simple: expend more calories than you consume. Exercise and eat right: sounds easy, doesn’t it? Yes, it’s important to educate yourself about caloric and nutritional values of the food you eat, learn what an appropriate portion size is, know that exercise is good for you. But that is not enough.  You also need to change how you think about food and exercise, and more importantly how you feel about yourself. Only when you change your attitudes around food and yourself can you get to the point of no longer allowing all that excess, unwanted weight to hang on to you.

That’s where hypnosis comes in.

All habits – including habits of thought, attitude, action and being – are located in the subconscious. So, with hypnosis, we go directly to the subconscious source to change those habits. Using hypnosis we:

So, we subconsciously retrain your habitual responses to the daily stress life dishes out, giving you an extra boost in achieving your weight goal. And, you get the bonus of feeling a lot happier in general.
